Dear ACE Ford Customers, Employees,

For over 100 years, ACE Ford has been committed to our staff, customers, and community. In an effort to put our staff, customers, and community first, this is our response to these ever-challenging times. In these challenging times we want to know we are committed to being there for our customers. We recognize that things are changing rapidly and we will do our best to get through this.

Everyone knows that our staff will do what they can to manage this event. We may incur some parts delays and/or scheduling conflicts. We will continue to monitor developments and receive guidance from Ford, State, Local Government and the CDC recommendations.

Customers: If you are dropping your vehicle, off for service or body shop work. We are encouraging you to use our Night Drop Service. There are Night Drop Envelopes at the Service and Body Shop overhead doors. For the safety our employees, we are trying to limit exposure. We thank you for your understanding.

We have and will continue to share precautionary measures. Please see below for recommendations from the American Red Cross to Limit the Spread of Germs and Prevent Infection

Due to Governor Phil Murphy's recent signing of Executive Order 104 that requested certain protective measures, all waiting areas are closed while the dealership remains open for sales, service, and body shop.

There are common sense steps we can all take to prevent the spread of any respiratory virus:

-Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

-Stay home when you are sick.

-Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing and throw the tissue away after use. If a tissue isn't available, cough or sneeze into your elbow, not your hands.

-Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

-Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.

-Practice other good health habits. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids and eat nutritious food.

-Disinfect doorknobs, switches, handles, computers, telephones, bedside tables, bathroom sinks, toilets, counters, toys and other surfaces that are commonly touched around the home or workplace.

Our hearts go out to all that have been impacted.

We appreciate everyone's commitment to limit the exposure and together we can get through this!
